online check-in comfy beds loud ventilation ineffective air conditioning
i liked the online check-in option, it was simple to use. the reception check-in was available for those less tech-savvy, i noticed. the rooms also impressed me with their size and modern interior. the comfy beds were a definite highlight!
i was disappointed that the ventilation in the bathroom was so loud. i couldn't figure out how to turn it off even with the door closed. the air conditioning did not seem to work as well as i expected, so the room was not as cool as i like.

The location was very convenient. It was easy to get around because of that. The breakfast buffet included many options. I enjoyed the variety and found the food delicious. The staff were pleasant and ready to help.
The gym was smaller than I expected. It had limited equipment. The room lacked a mini fridge. I missed being able to store cold drinks. The bathroom had no body lotion. I thought it was a standard amenity.

fantastic location with great breakfast

perfect location comfortable room fresh fruit friendly staff
the location is perfect, very close to the train station. my room was quite comfortable and clean. breakfast had amazing options, especially the fresh fruit selection. the staff were always very friendly and ready to help with directions.
i found that the room service menu was somewhat limited in options.
